Joelle Ossei (Director - Operational)
Joelle has over 10 years’ commercial experience having worked in the accounting profession and studying Accounting and Finance.
She has worked with business clients from start-up enterprises to long standing concerns spanning a diverse range of industries.
Her professional work extends from routine areas of compliance such as tax and accounts to general, financial and commercial advice. She also advises regularly on specialist areas such as developing business plans, employee incentive planning, and tax planning.
A key part of Joelle’s work involves advising owner managed businesses on day to day business management, improving cash flow and future strategies – both from a business and personal perspective. Giving her a unique insight into how most successful businesses operate and how businesses can sometimes get it wrong!
She has a wealth of experience involving private individuals with whom she takes great pleasure in building up and maintaining a great relationship and clear understanding of their needs and aspirations. Away from the office Joelle is a keen fencer and enjoys spinning and weight training which is duly supplemented with a fanatic delight in cake baking.
Kamal W Kanapathy Director - Commercial
With over 10 years’ business experience as a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) Kamal has worked with a diverse range of businesses in an advisory capacity. His expertise lies in growth management and sustenance strategy.
Kamal started his accountancy professions in Tax Compliance, he subsequently specialised on tax strategy for high net worth individuals and Owner Managed Businesses. During this period he worked alongside investment banks and some of London’s prominent tax barristers to create bespoke solutions for his clients.
He looked after and advised a number of high growth businesses and also acted in the capacity of Finance Director. Soon after 2008, he increasingly undertook work in the field of recovery, management and sustenance and in this process together with his business partners to develop a business process and management tool which proved to be invaluable for owner managed businesses.
Kamal co-authored the very successful book ‘Why Businesses Stop Growing’.
Kamal is married with two children and when he is not busy with his two little boys, he takes the opportunity to cycle or run.
Gary Moores Director - Financial Planning
Having worked in the Financial Planning profession for 20 years and cofounded a number of Advisory firms, Gary is genuinely passionate and excited by the results he and his team have achieved in supporting business owners with invaluable business growth services. His experience has grown from the work he has undertaken in the UK during one of the most challenging business climate in over 100 years.
In summary, Gary is dedicated to helping Businesses and Individuals achieve crucial goals:- to earn more from their business – to keep more of what they make – to enjoy a better work-life balance.
Gary’s speciality is in working with those business owners and individuals who want to change their situations but recognise they don’t have the skills to achieve it on their own. Over the years Gary and his business partners have developed a business process and management tool which proved to be invaluable for their owner managed business clients to grow their companies.
Gary co-authored the very successful book ‘Why Businesses Stop Growing’.
He is married with two children and when he’s not entertaining the children he counts guitar and several energetic outdoor activities among his pastimes.
Ren Sheng Manager - Client Services
Ren joined the firm whilst finalising her qualification and becoming an affiliate of ACCA.
Ren is heavily involved in the day to day running of the firm, providing assistance and support to clients across the firm. She enjoys building excellent working relations with our clients. Ren also runs the payroll bureau ensuring that our clients’ payroll needs are met and technical questions are dealt with.
Her accounting and tax knowledge is continuing to grow and has resulted in her gaining a wealth of experience in helping and advising owner managed business and high net worth individuals.
In her leisure time, Ren enjoys poetry and theatre.
